You'd have to wait the same for support to either cancel your order or confirm your data. And there's also a chance that payment service provider will flag your another order too, so if you want to get your keyboard as fast as possible, just wait until support confirms your payment data.
First of all it wasnt flagged as fraudulent but POTENTIALLY fraudulent by the payment processor. We just get this notification and pass it along. We only have a few days as well to check the infos you send us and then approve the payment to get processed as legitimate or not. If we decline the payment or dont take any action because the customer doesnt send us the requested info in the first place then the money that is just held on the creditcard gets unheld (it never left the account so far).
