I got a message from the support team on january 10th which i responded to the same day. I still have yet to hear anything back from you guys so I am just wondering how much longer I need to wait before I can get a responce, since I am seeing you guys are saying to new tickets the responce time should be days to a week.

Already did another follow up email through the wooting hub, which I did last thursday. So thats also another week almost.
