I ordered a wooting two he, it took the payment out of my acount, and then the order was placed under review for being fraudulent. It said to send you guys confirmation to prove that I am the card holder, I dont know where to send that confirmation, I contacted your support through your website and only got automated bot responses. After two days of not hearing back from you, I decided to join the discord server to hopfully get more information on whats happening with my order. If you guys cant process my order, can I at least get a refund?
