FIXED :- @rustic garnet found the issue, apparently on newer Wooting Keyboards the Controller option is disabled by default. On Wootility, navigating to Settings and click "Xbox Controller" fixed it for me.

Just received my first Wooting and I'm beyond happy. I'm trying to get the Keyboard to work with Overwatch 2 but I'm doing something wrong. I'm unable to move in-game using WASD with Overwatch specific profiles.

I am using Mansen's OW2 stock profile with no changes (https://profiles.wooting.io/profile/35e02a9e305bef2e6ab7f6d0c9d9315e65d8)
I have unbound WASD in-game in the general menu, and for each individual hero I had custom binds for.
I am using the Third slot on Wootility, I read not to use Slot One as it's not analogue.
I have turned on "Force Keyboard/Mouse interface" for UI

The only thing I can think is that my movement buttons for controller (far right section) aren't showing a joystick or anything. I'm not sure if this is normal, but I tried plugging in my xbox controller to rebind the four movement options using the left joystick and it did nothing.

I'm probably doing something obviously wrong to the Wooting expert. But I've ran out of resources Googling so I'm praying for a hero here in Support!

@rustic garnet I've been researching this for the last 4 hours. I've run out of online resources and I'm almost at breaking point. Can I 'tip' you for your time to help figure this out? I hope this isn't offensive, I'm getting desperate and don't know where else to turn.

Alright - Apparently I hadn't deleted OW after all, just deleted the Battle.net folder.

Still works here just fine.

I feel I've copied every single thing you've said verbatim and it hasn't worked. Even tested it on a different Overwatch account

all of my wooting settings are whatever the defaults are haven't changed anything

We changed the default controller mode to be disabled on newer produced keyboards.
