Just to check if the switch is working , could you do one of either of the test below

  1. Bind another key to it, like "C" for example, and see if it responds when pressed

  2. Use the "RGB Fx" with the "Touch" effect and slowly press the key and see if the lights up the LED bar at the top of the keyboard

yea i did 1. for J and it worked

Hmm, bit odd unless there is something wrong with the FN layer not having anything bound to it. You can check by selecting the Function layer 1 and see; otherwise, not sure.

You could also attempt a keyboard "Restore" that will reflash the firmware to the device. But please note that it will wipe any saved profiles on the keyboard, so it's best to make a duplicate of any profiles you wish to keep.
