Unless you have very, very slow internet, it should not be that slow. The file size is 109MB. I would recommend attempting to download the file again or checking for anything that could be causing the bottleneck of your internet.

Performed a test to see if it was a problem with the site, but my download is taking around a 30-seconds.,
