I have emailed multiple times now and am yet to receive a response from support. My order is ready to be shipped but has been put on hold manually by support and I cannot do anything about it. It just says to contact support to release it from hold on the website. It’s now been 9 days since my 1st email and I’m still yet to receive any response at all while my order still just sits at at the warehouse stage. I’ve waited months for this keyboard, I paid months ago and should have received it by now if not for an extremely poor representation of customer support from yourselves. I’m left completely in the dark about whether I’ve even been robbed or not!! My concern is something had gone wrong with the order and every representative is not responding to me and hoping somebody else will deal with telling me I’ll have to wait months longer for another batch. My friend emailed 3 days ago and received a response the following day, I’ve tried 5 times now and received nothing other than automated replies. I can honestly say I’m 30 years this has now become the worst experience I’ve ever had with support from a company, at least when I’ve had bad support in the past it’s been communicative.
