Wooting One firmware update not working | Wooting | Page 1

Wootility says an update is required. I press "Update Wooting One" it gets to step 4 then says "An error occurred while completing the update"

It wants me to check my Internet connection and make sure wootility isn't blocked by the firewall. I added exceptions for wootility but nothing works.

What else can I try?

Where was the "restore" area? I have the same issue with my Wooting One not taking a firmware update from the v4 utility.
