Wooting has now done almost everything innovative they can in keyboard world. It's time to revolutionize custom keyboard space also.
"Modular Circuit Board" - MCB. Where you can snap into place switch modules any way you want, in steps of 0.25u, onto some "circuit board floor". There would also be many 1.0u and 0.25u bits in the kit which you can place in places your switches aren't, hiding the circuit floor plate (also some stabilizer pieces aso). Many different keycap sizes would follow too, with extra ones you can add to your order. (also starter sets of different circuit floor sizes, often with appropriate amount of keycaps, switch circuits, empty bits, aso)
Everyone would be able to create almost any layout they want (of course still the minimum size of the floor circuit board (but many to choose from), still key-placement-wise and design-wise would be pretty limitless).
