Soundtest for anyone interested. I currently am using an aluminum plate, but the fr4 plate I had from KBD fans made this sound, but louder...chattery, kind of...idk, might be the switches, I honestly don't know. I have ordered a PC plate from Wooting, so I will post a comparison video in the future.

Thanks @novel nova. I had to paint the entire room to make it work, but it finally matches what I was going for.
Here is an updated sound test of the Wooting in the Mason60. I traded out the aluminum plate for a PC plate. I replaced the foam with a silicone pad, but I'll have to check the acoustics with the foam. I also removed the switch foam and replaced with individual switch pads. Finally, I removed a thicker case foam for some Polyfill. I'll be posting more combinations as I get time.
