I seen the continuous rapid trigger and rapid trigger guide and it said that you shouldn’t use continuous rapid trigger if your actuation is .1mm, but that’s the only exact actuation point specified. I play valorant and my actuation point is .3mm, so should I use continuous rapid trigger for Valorant and other games as well since the specified actuation point is .1mm?

Can you clarify what you mean by specified actuation point or link your profile here?
You listed your actuation point is .3mm but specified .1mm so i'm a little confused on which it is
Are you referring to your global actuation being .3mm but your WASD being .1mm?
Continuous rapid trigger is a function used when your actuation point is higher and you need faster key spamming in very short description..having it turned on even at .1mm actuation isn't a problem and you can do so if you feel better however just note that the purpose in very simple terms is to make it easier to spam keys when your actuation point is heavier
