I just opened the box of Alumaze today. Except the known flaws, I was satisfied overall.I know this batch of gray aluminum cases have tape marks, but I want to know if my situation is normal, like the color difference.

I believe it’s was handled in tickets. At hadn’t seen it yet before, is it can’t wipe away and it’s black (?), then it s not normal

yeah,I have eamiled Wooting.they asked me whether return this one.Considering the import tax fee if I return it,I have decided save this one and look forward next batch of gray Alumaze case.

Cs should be able to give you some compensations in store credit otherwise if you choose to keep it
