#why does working has the worst customer service in the world?

Wooting is still a small team compared to bigger keyboard companies, if I remember correctly (as listed on their website) they have 30 employees compared to hundreds of employees like hyperx
Or razer with over a thousand employees, so have some patience with them since their keyboards have had a massive boom in the gaming community and probably receive thousand of message and question about their keyboards and for the amount of employees and people managing the company its expected to have delays
I don’t mind they are delaying the order. I have waited for a month, but they just suck. They are not positively responding or doing the business. They are not trying to solve the issue, but just getting your money and doing nothing!!!!
Literally, wooting does not care about single orders. They don’t want to pay attention to customers who only purchase one keyboard.
Even if you are lucky enough to get a response, it will not help you at all, just telling you to wait, and wait.
But most times, wooting will never respond. Fake reputation and terrible customer service, totally opposite from what they are saying on website. They do not value their customers too much
They respond eventually
They don't work on weekends
So responses are slow
Sorry to use this as an example but from your name and spelling looks like you are from China, and looking at how complex it is to import to China, I can completely understand why it's taking so long
It is completely normal for a company who just recently started mass producing a new keyboard with a completely new concept and complex design to have delays
So don't come here saying they are the worst just because of a "YOU" problem, have patience because everyone had to wait to get their keyboard
And also, you never said what type of delivery service you paid for, unless you paid for ups delivery, it is specifically said on the website that it will take a month or more and with international deliveries, it is expected to have delays
well i’m from singapore and i ordered in october, it’s now looking like it’ll be delivered in january; wooting has also been ghosting my tickets ( and i also paid for the most expensive expedited shipping)

I am not getting it shipped to China. I am in America. And I have waited for more than 20 days, just on label created stage
And it is not complex to ship stuff to China at all btw. I have shipped a box through FedEx, and it took three days for shipping and two days in custom. Another one day for me to get it.
Definitely true. They are not trying to respond at all. I was lucky through more than ten tickets. One of the tickets was responded. Since Asians purchase their products, they thought they are sort of some gods, and don’t care about their customers anymore. I don’t understand if no users or no Asians do free ads for them. How can they survive? They don’t appreciate it but taking it for granted.
And also they don’t care about single orders. One of the sellers I know bought a lot of keyboards got all his within a month. And he shipped it to America, from America to China. That only took less than a month from the date of ordering.
