I placed an order more than a month ago and the order is still in pending status.
I'm starting to get a little worried about what's wrong with my order.
I tried to contact you through customer support several times, but in vain. They just don't answer me.

I HAVE THE SAME EXPERINCE? Thats why I just joined this server. I ordered a wooting two HE around 11/8 and it says it still hasn't shipped even though it said it was in stock?? How is this possible?

It's because the fulfillment center doesn't have the proper packaging according to support. and there is no timeline for getting it in, also was told they could possibly just start shipping them out again without informing wooting so that's lovely

Just finished sending out emails on the subject to the cases I noticed,
But an update: we have noticed several orders that contain a Wooting Two and are being shipped from the US. have started to be packaged, and labels have been created. I expect the rest to follow in the proceeding days.
