I have issue with Wooting. My Wooting has never been delivered.
I contacted the delivery company (DPD France), and I learned that they have declared it as lost.
I informed Wooting via email, and it's been 12 days since Wooting support informed me that the team responsible for shipping Wootings will take care of my order.
I've followed up twice by email in the past two weeks, but I haven't received any response from them.
Do you have any idea how I could proceed?
