I have paid money to purchase the wooting keyboard, however, the website showed it was shipped and delivered. Actually, I did not received that. I am not sure why the wooting company do not use the USPS/UPS/FedEx as the shipping company. You use the AxleHire as the shipping company, which is the first time I heard this company. No one contacted me when the package was delivered.
The important things is that I tried to contact with the your customer service email: social@wooting.io, no one give me any feedback or reply. Is the customer feedback or the experience not important? I also tried to contact with the shipping compnay AxleHire. This company did not do anything just to push the responsibility. They just tell me contact your company.
I could not image that I have spent almost 200 dollars money and I did get NOTHING with this experience.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD SHIPPMENT.
This is a very very bad experience that no one care about the user experience. Also, I tried to contact with your guys but no one want to take the responsibility for this thing.
It is ridiculous that I paid the money and did not get the keyboard and your company does not have the customer service.
