Really didnt want to write this one up as I really like the company and want to support the products you guys are pushing out.... I sent in a request on the first of the month with regards to a broken PCB replacement along with a follow up but have yet to receive any sort of response besides the original auto generated email. I understand the hold up on tickets as there is a lot of emails being sent in but maybe it would be best to change the automated reply to a more realistic ETA or remove the initial estimation? I say this because I am unsure whether the email was even sent with such a long wait time and am left anxious that I may have been dealt a expensive chunk of metal...
