When I got the Wooting 60he a few months ago I realised that the sound quality was pretty bad, so I experimented with it and found out the if i removed the plastic case, added a tofu redux case with a brass plate inside, and then no foam, the sound was very bass and almost silent, I therefore think that since you guys charge 200 dollars for it, you could add a non plastic case, just for a quality of life change, this of course is just my opinion.

that's never gonna happen, look at the market, similar HE keyboards are around the same price and come with a plastic case too. If you want an aluminum case you already have the option to buy it separately.
What you should complain about instead is the switch, it's not a good switch.
