Duh,My "Alumaze60" has been in the warehouse for four weeks now. Also, it's been a week since I got the shipping confirmation for the colored items, but no response yet. Jealous.

Looks great! How do you like the alumaze? Been debating between that and the tofu60 redux

It's personal preference but I dislike the sharp edges on the tofu series so when I saw that the alumaze had rounded edges it was an easy decision for me. I got it with the new PC plate and I think they are great upgrades. Wish there was something to pluck the hole tho as I don't use the strap but oh well

I'm glad you like it :) I suppose the sharp edge's would be a downside now that you say that, but that depends on the overall look of the setup. Looks great anyway!

I also want to know, and I really want to buy the Gary Alumaze60, maybe from the 'EU-Lucht' batch (Feb 2024).

It's not gone, but it's def better than the first time I peeled the tape off. After a while you forget about it and don't really care/notice it as it's in the left side profile where you never really look up close.

I think it worked out better as it comes with either a $20 refund or $40 store credit for something that really doesn't bother me

yeah if you think it'll bother you I would get the next batch. I personally don't care for it and will happily take the discount.
