My keyboard was stolen at the last step of delivery (my luck eh?) which I had to find out myself because nor DPD or Wooting notified me that the package was delayed because of theft. I then emailed customer support, received an automatic response that my email was acknowledged and so far it's been over a week and have received NO response.

It's very frustrating after having to wait over a month for this keyboard with fulfilment delays and now having to wait ages for support to reply. I was supposed to have originally got my keyboard around the 30th Oct but now it's two weeks since then and counting, unacceptable.
