I don't understand the question to be honest.

If you are placing an order outside of the EU, US, UK or Canada, your order will not be charged VAT or import duties on checkout.

Instead the courier will handle this in cooperation with the customs agency of your country, and send you a payment link.

I'll try explaining this once more.

Your order was placed to Hong Kong. Therefore there is not VAT, because VAT is only something within the European Union. The email explains that we did not charge 21% VAT because we cannot.

You -will- pay Hong Honk import duties to Hong Kong - Which the courier will reach out to you to pay.
