#How long does the shipment take through FedEx?

I ordered wooting 60he on 21 September and then official wooting website said the keyboard was shipped on 25th October so I try to track the shipment situation on FedEx website but nothing is updated yet after label was created. Is it usual thing or something went wrong? Iwould like to know what I can do in this case. Thank you for reading.

I have the exact problem after label created on 27 Oct. nothing update since then

It’s a usual thing. My package was label created since 12th Oct. but I still didn’t receive it. I sent couple emails to wooting. They replied to me yesterday, they said because I had been waiting so long. My package should be lost. So they sent a replacement package today.

I just received my new order’s tracking number, and it shows will deliver on this Friday.

So I suggest you keep sending email to wooting. They usually reply email by 3-7days.
