#RGB + keyboard not found after case swap

was just doing a simple case swap and upon replugging the board back up, the board fails to respond... Would this be a PCB issue? Would wooting replace the PCB for me even at a cost?

Yes we do sell replacement PCBs. First things first - What case did you use exactly?

its a GH60 case so the screw holes and port holes all line up

If only you had checked our compatibility list beforehand.

You most likely poked an essential component to the point of breaking, when you screwed it in. Too many standoffs.

At any rate you'll have to email us for assistance with a replacement PCBA. They're 85€ plus shipping. And I would naturally encourage you to sell that case and get something else.
