Your fulfilment process is bad guys, you know it. So, you should act to fix it as first thing as a priority. At least, fix communication. With good communication you can handle 90% of the customer complaints. I feel abandoned as a customer.

This is a feedback thread so I provided mine. However, the video does not fix the expected shipment time scheduling on order page. I keep see my expected delivery date moving 1 day, day after day, without a specific explanation. I'm not into logistics but there is a reason if delivery extimation does not work like that for any other ecommerce I had experience with. Just display a date that is fixed. You need more time, that is ok, but do not keep showing a meaningless date that creates false expectations. I'll wait couple more weeks at worst then I'll have to issue a refund request.
