I just recieved my 60HE and I keep having this error message when trying to use wootility:
Device Init failed
Wooting 60HE ARM failed to init. Error: Error: Command Response received result ERROR (255)
The program detects the keyboard, begins to connect, and then randomly loses connection. I have only had it successfully connect once.

Are you using any software to control RGB that could be trying to control the keyboard simultaneously, as that could cause conflicts?
An example of such software
- artemis rgb
- Project aroura
- Razor software
- L-Connect
- Signal RGB
- other etc
If they are running, disable the software, and relaunch Wootility. That should resolve the problem. You can re-enable the software once Wootility is closed down.
