Wooting customer support was finally able to fix my order email. Now it shows up in "My Order" section under my account.
However,
The Shipping Address on the order is wrong. It seems to have taken default address values provided by Apple Pay (which I did not realize was wrong until now becuase the order detail was not available to review and no notifications were coming until this was fixed today).
The order says it has just shipped out and is picked up by Fedex @ <t:1697556240:F>.
