#Two quick things

I've had my wooting for about 4 days now, its been wonderful. Something that hasn't been so great is I recieved Two M (Take control keycaps) and no N keycap, also when my package came I had ordered 45g switches and the box was busted and the switches were all over the place, luckily they work justy fine though. I emailed you guys about it and its been more than three days and still no response back. Now i'm trying this to hopefully get some help and get this fixed.

Currently, they claim support tickets are really backed up, so support tickets are gonna take a while to respond to.
It's best to wait for them to get to yours, as for now, two m keycaps should work just fine, shouldn't it? Just remember which one is which lol
