The website states that both keyboards are a preorder when they are actually backorders. I've been wanting a keyboard like these and found your website, then saw 'preorder' and didn't get one for an entire year. I suspect many others are doing the same or switching to alternatives because of this. Just explain what you do in the shipping section and that will be fine.

No way you've been waiting for a year, if you check their #📦│batch_updates they say when the batches ship, etc. You can use your order to check which batch is yours and when you can expect your order (i think)

the problem is most people dont know what a backorder is so just calling it preorder was the simpler solution

I haven't been waiting for a year. I've looked at this over a year ago and seen 'pre order' and then been like, oh ok, I have to wait. Then I check back every time and see 'preorder' so I'm thinking like 'its been like 5 months, when are they gonna release this thing?'.
And then the whole time, the only person I've seen with one is Wirtual who I assumed was given one as like a sponsor or something.
My point is it makes it seem like the product hasnt released yet.
