I know there are no current plans to make the keyboards wireless although I would like to throw my hat in the "demand" pile for a wireless fullsize Wooting. I just wanted to mention publically how **awesome **a hot swap battery system like on the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro headset would be on a keyboard (and mouse 👀). I'm just saying I'd pay 500$ for a wooting hotswap battery wireless mouse+keyboard bundle.

you cant really have a hotswap betty on a wireless device. it would require either a second battery so that one can be hotswapped while the other supplies power or a cable attached at all times so the battery disconnect doesnt cause a poweroff

yeah thats what I meant! I hope it comes with a second battery and a dock that way the backup battery can be kept out of the way to have a cleaner set up. And that the battery switching mechanism is snappy and doesnt require flipping the keyboard over or unscrewing things.

nono with 2 batteries i mean the keyboard has 2 slotted in
because hotswap means the device doesnt loose power or reboot
you cant just have 1 battery in the device and have it be hotswap unless its also plugged in
at which point the battery is useless on a pc peripheral

I see what you mean but in that case wouldn't it just be smarter to have a very small battery is permanently inside that lasts like 5-10 mins max. thus allowing you to hotswap between the two main batteries without needing to make space for two whole slots or having 3 whole batteries
