Hello, a few weeks back my pc broke overnight and had a really weird smell. We think the outlet got power surged and it and fried my pc. Since then i moved into college and just am now getting my pc delivered back from warranty and my keyboard is broken all the sudden. I haven’t used it since before my pc broke and i had only just got my Wooting 60HE in NA-GALAXY i believe i don’t remember. i guess my ultimate question is if these keyboards have a warranty on them. Or if y’all would be willing to let me ship my keyboard to you guys and y’all check to see if you can fix it. thank you in advance to whichever staff member helps me out. 🫶

i dont think our warranties cover power surge damage. best to email us about this at social@wooting.io
(side note: this would have been better placed in #1019755933959733258 but its ok to leave it here now)
what about spillage. i just took all the keycaps off and there’s a residue on the pcp and it’s kinda sticky. i assume not. that sucks. $200 down the drain
warranties are covering defects not cause by you or higher power but defects that are introduced during manufacturing or shipping
if you have an insurance that covered the pc they should also cover attached peripherals and monitors etc
well unfortunately they don’t cover peripherals after calling. guess i’ll be buying another wooting60he. what’s the delivery looking like now a days?
