just to check when you say software are you talking about Wootility ?

and did this issue start to happen only after it was installed?

when it comes to double movement best to make a post on that on #1019722836778164244

i should note
that it doesn't like running
Wootility + double movement at the same time
as both are trying to connect to keyboard possible conflict

and that Fortnite has native support For double movement in the game so no need to use the software now
