Browser or app?

#

There are no drivers.

#

Are you putting it into restore mode by holding down the two keys and plugging it in?

#

Do you have any RGB or USB device apps running? iCue, NZXT, SignalRGB and so on?

#

Not sure what could be blocking the connection then to be honest. If it's in restore mode, the restore menu should be able to connect.

#

We'll probably need to take a look at your logs - via official support channels.
i.e. sending us an email at social@wooting.io

Keyboard is clearly connecting, but something's preventing the firmware reset.

#

Restore Mode has zero lights or input.

#

And clearly something is wrong. Which we'll have to see if we can figure out. If it's connecting via Restore Mode, a factory reset (once we achieve this) should resolve the "normal mode" operation.
