  1. regarding the keyboard from startup
-is your computer coming out of sleep mode or from a shutdown
-is the keyboard plugged in directly into the computer or is there a USB Hub /KVM
    ~~
  2. the tab key is a bit odd is there anything near that part of the keyboard such as
    -wireless charger
    -magnet
-or something that could be strong EMI? ~~

you could attempt a restore to see if that fixes it
please note it will wipe profile so make sure to duplicate profiles

oops missed the wooting one part

prisma shore
#

the rest also doesnt matter for a wooting one

#

never heard of any sort of emi interfering with them

#

on the new ones its also not the pcb but the sensor itself thats affected

ohh did not know that i thought it was the PCB trace that would could be picking up the EMI not the sensor it self

as this is the wooting one did these problems always occur or only more recently

Regarding the (1) boot part that could be related to the firmware and not much i can recommend to do beside trying to Reflash it or request if you can get an older version
(the restore method would do this but make sure to backup profiles)

for the tab switch Triggering randomly
could be that switch has dust/dirt on the prison inside the switch
and possible cleaning it could help
(keep in mind i have no experience with Flaretech Switch )

other would be to take out the switch and use your phone camera to view the "IR LED" on the PCB and see if it cuts in/out or unstable
would be recommend to turn of Keyboard RGB in this case
(human eye can't see the light why would need a camera would be a Purple Light)

One thing to note. Sunlight can cause input.

So bit impossible to think that it could have changed profiles by accidy
