Will love to see that alumaze can come with a compatible foam for the original 60HEv1 .
A lot of the wooting owners are also on this topic about alumaze without a foam.

the reasoning behind the foam thing is something like "most people who buy the case will buy the module as well, and old customers can buy a foam from wherever they want"
might be true for new customers yes, but it comes with various issues
- buying new foam/filling myself: takes time to search for one, takes time to figure out if it will work or fit, no idea if it's any good anyway and the one you chose might not be good after all, takes money to buy one and pay for shipping
- there's existing, tested and working foam options that come with the module, it must not be very expensive to manufacture those, and add them as a bonus for the case lovers. now I feel like I'm missing out
- the module is not out yet. there are people out there who still buy the stock 60he + the case. more disappointed people expected

I dont get why the case foam comes with the module instead of the case.
It would be logical to make a foam that fits the case to be paired with the case no? Its in the name case foam.
The module can be fitted into other cases too and not limited to alumaze60. That foam might not be a perfect fit for other cases. I have seen other cases come with foam that fit perfectly so why would i need one thats not made for it?
I honnestly find the alumaze60 too pricy to not come with its dedicated foam. I have seen other cases at half the price with more color options and foam that fits.
This limits your target audience to only people that want the 60he module. It totally neglects people that already own a 60he looking for an upgrade or even people that just want it on a normal pcb(I dont know if this is possible) because they like the look of your case.
I personally will get the module without the case. I would gladly take the extra foam. But i wont be needing it as much as someone with an alumaze60. Someone with an alumaze60 would be much happier with it.
