even though i gave permission for wotility web and i gave everything allow in chrome the chrome still do not allow me to access and modify my keyboard. this is my first purchase thats why i am struggeling please help.

NZXT CAM
G.SKILL Trident Z Lighting Control
and thats about it idk if it interfere by anyway at all

i am not familiar with the software or if it is known to cause conflict.
could you try to disable the software and relaunch wootility.io to see if it detect the keyboard?

G.Skill doesn't interfere. Not sure about CAM . But easy to test.
Kill them, try again.
