Issue When booting up games with a controller

I play a lot of Rocket league and fifa which I use a controller for, but when i boot the games up it wont recognize my controller as the inpuit method unless i unplug my wooting, then relaunch the game with only the controller connected.

I am guessing since the wooting can have controller inputs that this affects it, but is there any way to avoid this issues?

there is two methods

1. in wootility do the following to disable "gamepad" functions

settings
keyboard settings
gamepad mode
Disable Gamepad

2. this method involves installing third party software (not made by wooting) to hide devices for certain software
   (this way you can still use gamepad functions for other games if you use the keyboard that way)
