to unbind a key
- lunch wootility
- Go to the "Remap" tab
- Right click on mouse on the desired keys to Unbind
- and to apply hit "Save to keyboard"

there is also the function called
"Win Lock" that will disable the windows key till it has been turned back on
it is bound to the FN layer by default
two he = Fn1
60he = Fn2
