I live in Sweden. I paid 182 SEK for delivery using the DPD - International Parcel option.
This package goes via Postnord in Sweden and the service you picked for me is mainly for companies.
They only deliver "home" if its a company. Private citizens do not get it delivered home.
My suggestion is: Choose the service that actually delivers home for private citizens.
I mean for 182 SEK it really should be a home delivery.

Only very rarely does our fulfillment center utilize a different parcel carrier than the one submitted, and only when they're unable to send the shipment via the method as instructed.

Well the DPDs partner in Sweden Is postnord. So I dont think there is an error in that way.
Like Postnord has different types of services via DPD. Including home delivery for private and companies.
For some reason wooting has choosen the company service when the customer is a private citizen.

Oh as in it was correctly shipped with DPD but with a service from DPD that isn't what you were expecting?

Yes exactly. They using a service meant for companies wich includes "home delivery". But if you are private, then it wont get home delivered.
And for 182 SEK it really should be a home deliviery.
I can get 2 pizzas home delivered within an hour for that price xD
