You need help from the ORIGINAL owner, and use their email.

Otherwise your only option is to get the original receipt and email us at social@wooting.io

We sent the original owner an email when they made a purchase.

If they don't have that, they can ask for the transfership of the account, if they can include the full name and shipping address of the order.
