Hi! I have new wooting keyboard. But I can’t login to my PC cause shift keys don’t work and can’t enter my password. Anyone know how to make shift and return keys work out of the box?

Oh I guess it’s just broken, the 7 8 9 keys don’t work either and the left shift works but right shift doesn’t

It's always a good idea to let the keyboard recalibrate if you're having trouble with keys.

Make sure there's nothing magnetic near the keyboard, unplug the board.

Then plug it back in, but don't touch any keys for about 5 seconds or so.
