If I change any settings or colours in wootility and attempt to save the changes my keyboard will disconnect not saving anything and will not reconnect unless I unplug and reconnect it myself. I have tried on the website and in the app both have the same problem and restoring the keyboard in the app didn't resolve the problem. Any help?

are you running any RGB software to control LEDs

razor software
etc
can end the task of the software and retry wootility and reenable when done
has been known to interfere with wootility
