It is "fairly" easy to replace a dead LED.

#

The white components under each Dxxx label is an LED. If you reach out to us via email, we should have some in stock we can send you for a replacement. Though we obviously cannot assist with the replacement process itself. 🙂

out of curiosity the LED in question is there any visible damage to it

Afraid not.

if it just a dead LED it should be a fairy easy desolder/resolder replacement if you have experience with soldering small components

i should note depending on how old the TWO is
there may be a water resistance coating around the components they started to add the coating to boards sold this year i believe not sure on the exact date

with the stabilizer is there any broken plastic ?
or did the metal wire bend ?

stabilizer tend to be a pretty simple so unless the plastic is broken/bent
or metal has bend should be fine
could just be the metal part did not go back in right

(a video guide with time stamp to puting stabilizer back)

If you take some tweezers and pull the + stem of either side of the stabilisers, do they come up?

#

The wire needs to slide into the opening on both stabiliser stem pieces, and click onto the housing

Then it should go right back up if you put a keycap on it and push it down.

not sure on the stuck part
but regarding the sound a bit dry do you wipe off the pre applied Grease

#

with the sound nothing to worry about there are keyboards that don't have any lube/grease it just a bonus that makes them feel smoother / sound

#

the video i posted above goes over the steps to lubing it could just be scraped off to much onto the stabs when taking out/in wire
might be able to just push it back on with a brush

#

did the keycaps stems break on removal?

#

plus side cherry mx or also known as MX keycaps are common so can get a another set for relatively cheap

#

Numpad 6 , 9 ?

#

you could ask in the email if possible to get replacement keycaps aswell for the not sure how it will go

I guess the broken keycaps are PBT ones, right?
These should not break that easily.

#

About the num plus key, it sound to me like the endings of the metal bar are to long and so maybe scratching against the plastic. This would also explain a potential roughtness and if they stuck sometimes.

#

Looking at the picture it seems indeed close. But I don't have one to compare against.

#

Also it somehome looks to me that on the pircture the upper part isn't assembled as deep as the lower part.

#

The metal bar should not touch the top plate, there should be some clearance too.
But it can be that it just looks off due to the overexposed picture.

#

You can troubleshot what exactly is causing the problem by using the parts of the spacebar. So you swap one part between them and check which key then has issues.

#

So the issue remains on the numpad plus key when the two stabilizer parts and the switch is swapped it's likely the metal bar because that would be the only thing which remains.

#

Not sure if the metal bar of the enter has the same length as the numpad plus. If so you can even cross check the metal bar.

If it was fine before but not after it was assembled there is likely a small change somewhere. So the question is where...
We can only give suggestions here.

#

I would recommend to remove the top plate and inspect it without the rest of the keyboard. By that you should see better what is going on, like you can then check it out from the bottom side.
