so I've noticed for real quick a couple months that the input latency has been subpar from when I got it new the actuation does not feel as if it was 0.1 millimeters more like one millimeter and I'm not sure this is to taking the switches in and out of the keyboard to remove I'm not 100% sure if I scratch the PCB but this is something that has been happening for quite some time it changes every now and again to where it feels very Snappy and then not being Snappy again I've tried several mods on The wooting 60 he by using a neodenimium magnet to see if the magnet can trigger the hall effect well above the actuation point of the keyboard and it does but after the computer is booted and the computer is running the actuation or hall effect is almost non-existent so I'm not sure if this is a defect with the keyboard itself. or if it is a defect with the sensor if possible I would love to be able to get a replacement board I would actually pay the same amount for a new keyboard or half whichever is easier for you guys to get the shipment out as soon as possible because I love this keyboard with everything I've been through with it it's just sad to see it get damaged I would also need another metal back plate with the foam as well thank you

Not sure what you have done and I don't really get what's wrong.
The switches already contain a Neodymium magnet.
The keys are calibrated every time the device gets power. So the initial resting position is used as the highest min point. The lowest point is predetermined with likely a small safety margin. If you fully press a key below that point the newest deepest point is used as the lowest max point.
You can test this by pressing and holding a key while plugging the keyboard in. The registration will be off later on. Best to use the touch RGB effect.
For this reason you should only start pressing keys after the LEDs came on.
