Keyboard cuts in and out?

I've had the Wooting 60HE for 3 days now, this issue only started about on the second day but I thought it was just me until today where the issue consists of; keys not working even when rapid fire is disabled, and actuation set to 1.4 this applies for all keys, and its happened on multiple games from what I tested, should I contact official support?

Edit: To better explain, I press a key down for an example I press W down and it works for a little bit before completely not working while the key is pressed all the way down on 1.4 actuation with rapid trigger off.

You could try checking the usb connection

I actually had this problem as well but what has fixed it for me so far is switching to 3.0 usb and lowering brightness to 65 and so far I haven't had any issues
