Has anyone messed around with analog input for overwatch? If so do we know if square or circle joystick radius is better for competitve play; I find circle is better for getting the precise 360* angle but square seems to be at first glance noticeably faster when walking diagonally. im wondering if because of this square is superior as you 100% get the diagonal speed whereas circle is locked to a slightly lower diagonal speed. If so has anyone actually tested this ingame to see if walking with circle is infact lower? I havent been able to find a way to test this accurately yet.

I messed around with the workshop and was able to create an action that lets me check my movement speed; It appears that the square being faster mightve just been placebo or the angle that it runs at seems to be slightly sharper. Both square and circle diagonally move at the same speed regardless of which option you choose however square 100% runs at a sharper angle
