Hello! I recieved my tracking number from an unknown company named Better Trucks. When checking said company's web tracking, it says my order was "recieved" at the CHI Hub (I assume Chicago hub) in Illinois. I have not gotten any new updates, my shipment has been in this "hub" for a good 2+ days, and the shipment is in the wrong state (I set my address for NY). Should I be concerned or not, and is this how Better Trucks functions? Thanks!
