Hi, I happened to put in a ticket request on the website and got an email today to confirm my address for shipping, but whenever I click on the link it just takes me to the hub page and there's nothing to confirm. I believe I should be in a NA-Planet batch but because of my Keyboard case it knocked me back to NA-Cookie.
I'd be fine with just getting the keyboard first if possible.
I saw a message talking about that possibly being done for an additional shipping cost which I'm fine with.
