I would need to know exactly what you are doing. Best to provide a screen capture.

Or phone recoding so I can see how the keybaord reacts.

I would also need all the error logs of the Wootility. So please use the desktop version and not the web version.

If it works now the error log may still helps. Otherwise you know what to do when it happens again.

Normally the keyboard resets itself after the flashing is complete and then the LEDs should turn on again and the keyboard should work normally.
In the case there was an error the Wooting would remain in the boot mode and so be detected as "Wooting Restore" in the device manager. Then the LEDs would remain off.
