So it's hard to measure and hard to say for sure, but I have a feeling that since I started using Wooting - the game is not as smooth as it used to be. I just ran a few tests and went back and forth between Logitech G Pro X and Wooting 60HE and it seems to be a thing (even when both are connected at the same time).

It is possible that there's a setting or something else interfering here? I know the game had difficulties with high polling rate (like 8khz mice)

I did a few things and the problem seems to be gone.

  1. Switched PCIE to gen 3 (I’m on b550 motherboard and supposedly some of them had issues with usb ports when using pci gen 4),
  2. Moved usb devices so that my mouse uses a separate usb controller from everything else,
  3. Enabled gsync.
Not sure which one fixed it but it works well now 🙂

This sounds like an AMD thing. It can be related to issues with the infinity clock. The things you changed are all related to the infinity clock because that connects the RAM to the CPU and also all peripherals (via PCIe).
AMD had issues with USB devices in the past.

It's maybe also worth to either enable the high presicion timer or disable it in the case it was enabled.
