After unplugging my keyboard and replugging it back in, my pc no longer registers my keyboard. I tried using a different cable and a different pc but still nothing. I tried deleting and reinstalling wootility. I plugged it into a USB 2.0 however it said "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed). I also attempted to put it into restore mode but that didnt work either. The rgb and typing does not work. Anyone have any ideas?

Looking for information about your specific order?
You can find that on the Wooting Hub! There you can also add upgrades, change/confirm your shipping address, and much more.
Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it On Hold via the Wooting Hub!

Please reboot the system. Don't just do a shutdown and start.
Also please cross check if the device is working on another PC.
i tried rebooting the system and also tried using it on another PC
but nothing worked it still shows up with the same thing "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" and it also doesnt connect when using a USB 3.0
You tested the restore mode too there?
So if it's not detected by any PC the device is either damaged on the hardware or the firmware got corrupted.
So basically you would need to contact Wooting via the support.
yes i tested the restore method but because both of my PCs wont recognize the keyboard the restore just fails
also i have contacted support and im still wating on a response
There are still a lot of tickets so it may can still take some days.
Best to provide all the needed information in advance so less back and forth is necessary to speed up the process. Like the serial number, the order number, a short description of the issue, picture / video of the problem, what you want (like a refund, replacement unit or part) and a link to this thread so they can read the detailed troubleshooting.
alright thanks! ill check back here in a couple days if i still need any help
